VA with strong writing skills, social media & design

Must be very intelligent and have great writing skills.

You will help me:
- launch a new book
- manage social media accounts
- curate and create well-designed posts for social media
- help manage a new podcast
- repurpose my content (video, audio, written) into coherent content for IG carousels, blog posts, emails, worksheets, etc.

You will be evaluated on 2 main criteria:
- how well are you able to translate my ideas into action by being proactive and not waiting to be told what to do
- can you proactively see how little things tie back to the big picture and create measurable results such as opt-ins, sales, etc.

I am a one-man team and need someone who will support me in doing what I do best, and will excitedly take care of the rest. If you are good at your role, you will help us both thrive and you will become an integral part of my team. The potential is limitless for the right person, as is the earning opportunity, but it will require someone dedicated and hardworking. As a one-man team, I don't have the capacity to give detailed instructions or endless handholding. You'll need to be in the drivers seat and do anything you feel is helpful to help me stay in my lane.
