We are looking for a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to join our team and help us grow.

The task list and Description are below.

-Manages all business operations, including maintenance, revenue management, team communications, management reports and other tasks as assigned.
-AIRBNB, GUESTY, VRBO messaging and communications services between guests, cleaners, repair men, and other affiliated vendors with in 15min
-Manage ordering, procurement, and logistics for all rental unit consumables.
-Communicate via slack with all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and uses notion for all of the required systems.
-Manage SEO for all listings which are under management.
-Writing standard operating processes for all tasks.
-Onboards new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as necessary and trains them on team processes.
-Manages reviews and updates teams as necessary on things that need to be addressed.
-Setup new listings, orders products, furniture, coordinates photos, and other things as necessary.
-Provides professional recommendations for business operations.
-Manages receipts and invoices as necessary for things tied to basic job description.
-Setting up utilities with local companies
-Managing Remote lock access for guests who change reservations
-Monitoring cameras as necessary to verify guest check ins match the amount of people staying
-Other services listed in the job posting as requested by the owners.
