Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing loan applications
• Computing for the max loan amount the customer can apply for
•
• Handling of inbound and outbound calls
• A big portion of your daily tasks will be communicating with the clients and the banks/lenders. This will be done through either
• Calendar Management; setting up appointments
• Filling out CRMs (Trail and Zoho) using information on file
• Data entry & Online file organization (OneDrive for Business)
• Other tasks may come up from time to time
