Creative Real Estate Assistant (Long-Term)

I am a Realtor / Real Estate Investor looking to hire someone a special individual to add to the team.

POSITION FOCUS

General Office:
? E-mail marketing, maintaining e-mails, ,CRM, calls, corresponding and coordinating with Clients, events, outside professional trades.
? Updating and organizing database, responding to emails/phone calls and text messages in a timely fashion
? Assisting primarily in any activity that will increase efficiency and productivity

Transaction Management:
? Coordinating contracts and deadlines, file completion, inspections, listing preparation/updating, client correspondence, schedule walkthroughs and showings.
? Writing contracts as instructed by the lead agent & sending out contracts for signatures.

Client Management:
? Direct communications, database update and review, drip marketing, client appreciation events, mass client calls.

New Clients:
? Work to develop new client relationships, daily executing established lead generating tools and techniques.
? Ensuring all clients have an exceptional customer service experience, setting up showings.

Marketing Management:
? Working to actively promote all marketing portals such as print, digital, video, audio & social media platforms and maintaining advertising/strategic email campaigns (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, You-Tube, Instagram, E-Marketing and blogs) as well as client events.
? Administrative to also keep diligent records on all marketing efforts such as KPI’s and checklists.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
? Proficient with using Social Media Outlets (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Blogs, etc.)
? Proficient with KVCore (CRM), Constant Contact, Bomb Bomb, MLS & Zip Forms
? Ability to write a listing and purchase agreement
? Ability to operate calmly and effectively under high stress situations

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Ensure that the entire listing process; listing to opening of escrow is handled smoothly and on time with a high level of customer service.
? Oversee the execution of the listing campaigns.
? To manage and coordinate the showings & open houses.
? Schedule & manage inspections for all listings.
? Weekly updates to sellers
? Act as a powerful liaison between agent and customers. Always keeping intact the team customer experience.
? Track statistics / KPI’s of the office.
? To enhance the performance of owner by taking tasks off their plate.
? Support owner in managing and communicating with all leads.
? Providing great customer service
? Completing majority of priority daily tasks in timely fashion
? Communicating everything efficiently and quickly if needed
? Maintaining website SEO through Blogs and internet marketing
? Running and maintaining all social media portals

Must have experience with Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram , etc) to increase traffic and presence with my social media accounts. The content will be Real Estate related. Copy Writing skills are a bonus. We operate in the Central Time Zone.
