Real Estate Investment Cold Caller

I’m looking for someone who have experiences in cold calling motivated sellers for an real estate investing company in USA Market.

Mission for the position: To generate 1 good idea per 4 hours shift in the dialer and log sufficient notes per call.

Outcomes that must be accomplished consistently on a daily basis:
1. To make 15 connected calls in one hour
2. To write detailed notes per call into appropriate fields in the dialer
3. To disposition the call appropriately based on the call outcome
4. To set 1 proper appointments per 4 hours shift
