Amazon Virtual Assistance / VA / Product Research & Sourcing

We are a 7-figure Amazon seller with 5 full-time VAs and want to add another driven and high-caliber team player. You will be part of a high-growth company with a collaborative environment.

Training and SOP will be provided, but we are looking for someone with prior experience in product research on Upgrade to see actual info and sourcing on Alibaba.

**A good fit for this position is someone who loves analyzing data and spotting trends/opportunity. If you like to think outside of the box, come up with new strategies to research, and want to see the product you find & source comes to life. This is the position for you. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• PRODUCT RESEARCH: Identity profitable products on Upgrade to see actual info according to a set of parameters. Familiar with product research tools such as Helium 10 ect.
• PRODUCT SOURCING: You must be able to contact, follow up, get quotes from potential suppliers, mostly on Alibaba. You will be assigned a few products to source at a time. Ability to negotiate is a plus
• REPORTING: You must be able to summarize all the quotes/different specifications and input them in a comparison form (Google Sheets) provided by us and organized all the related pictures and catalog in Google Drive.
• COMMUNICATION: You will communicate with many suppliers at the same time through Alibaba Message Center or email. All messages from different suppliers regarding different products will fall into the same inbox, and you will need to manage and sort them successfully.
• AMAZON: Prior experience with product researching on Amazon and familiarity with Amazon-related/dropshipping software is a plus.
• ADDITIONAL SKILLS – While not required, VA with Photoshop/graphic design/video skills will be a bonus.

• Excellent communication and writing skill is a must. Fluent in English. Must be actively involved in our team video meeting

• Multi-tasking – can handle multiple products to source at the same time.
