I am looking for the optimal team leader equipped with optimization, efficiency and management expertise with regards to managing a team real estate outbound callers. You must be capable of identifying leads, interviewing, providing key inputs that will improve our caller's quality, etc. You must be highly experience in speaking with home owners and converting leads along with team optimization skills.
Our cold caller team is an elite team of professional and experience cold callers. Their tasks are to build rapport and accurately convey our interest in purchasing their home through precise and convincing wording. We are looking for full-time / long-term quality manager to ensure their success!

CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF SYSTEMS (XenCall, KPIs, podio, excel, etc)
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (able to communicate needs with the team in an professionally and accurately)
EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING (in order to teach, you must have done)
BUILDING RAPPORT (making sure seller is comfortable with discussing their situation with you)
Starting off, the quality manger will receive $3.50 per and $200 per closed deal (all leads). Upon assisting/coaching the closing of deals, our manager will receive $0.50 per hour increases and while earning more commission. We provide opportunities for professional + financial elevation!
The shifts for this position will be about 5-6 days a week between 9am - 4pm CST (10pm - 5am Manila Time).
