Job Summary:
The Project Manager position is a core teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, including coordinating event production, program production, and innovation projects.

We are looking for someone who has core competencies in project management.

The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of Upgrade to see actual infot deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and have at least 3 years of previous online project management experience in a dynamic organization.

Experience you must have:
• Minimum of 3 years of online project manager experience
• Experience in leadership and management level role
• Have been a strong manager of a remote team

Project Manager Tasks of this Role:
Manage the Summit Concierge Set Up & Training
Manage team preparation and ensure Summit checklist are completed
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Create (or refine) SOP’s for the Enrollment and Member Success TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers that increase results and lower costs.
Improve SOP’s and Project Plans
Make sure these SOPs are organized, up to date, simple, effective, and followed by the team
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Perform other related duties as assigned

• Full-time position up to 40 hrs per week
• High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
• Be available during US PST business hours for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and to handle emergencies as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with project management software tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent work experience

$15-$18 USD depending on experience
