Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients and/or
end-use customers via phone,
- Cooperate with other BOX staff to complete tasks and resolve outstanding items
- Maintain a high level of service to assist in managing expectations with brokers and
suppliers
- Assist with contract submission and contract acceptance processing
- Communicate and follow up and exception handling issues including but not
limited to acquisitions, enrollments, retentions, and commissions
- Perform and review Quality Assurance and Verification Calls for customer
acquisitions
- Utilize our proprietary online portal with precision and speed while maintaining an
update and clean the system
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Assist the team in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the
operation of the business
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across
the board
- Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report your own impact in a quantifiable way
Note: Knowledge of KHubspot, Seamless AI, and Microsoft products is preferred.
Your work schedule will be 8 AM to 6 PM CST.
