CLP Capital Investment Corp is hiring two full-time real estate Acquisition and Disposition Specialist. You will find, prepare, and close deals. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business and we provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed however you will need a proven track record in delivery. The ideal candidate is a talented sales manager who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long-term relationships. This individual will take our dispositions department to the next level through the development of the role and our internal processes. Responsibilities:

Acquisitions

* lead gen for motivated sellers
*updating properties, and status along the sales process on cram
* Cold call/SMS
* Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
* Develop strong business relationships with sellers for maximum results and revenue for the company
* provide comps
* run numbers
* Make offers
* Work closely with dispositions to hand over, whilst continuing to nurture the seller until closing
* Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
* Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
* Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
* Assist Company with misc and admin projects as needed


Dispositions

* lead generate motivated sellers
*BUILDING CASH BUYERS LIST
* Market properties according to established procedures
* Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
* Cold call/SMS
* Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
* Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
* Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
* Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
* Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
* Assist Company with misc and admin projects as needed

Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
* Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality

* Over 2 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred
* Exceptional in long term relationship building
* Results/goals orientated
* Financially driven with a motive to earn
* Smart and well presented
* Good communication skills
