[Full-time] - Real Estate Analyst: Excel/Argus experience

Your role will be to work alongside an analyst assisting in gathering details about the market and helping in entering data to run the analysis. All tools that will be used will be provided and taught to you. Previous experience with Argus, Excel Underwriting models, real estate, and data are a plus. The ideal candidate is one who is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset. Starting pay is $4.50/hour base salary, with additional performance-based incentives. There is a lot of potential to grow within the company and work your way up. Our longest employed virtual assistant has been with the company for over 4 years.

Hiring for the following shifts:
Shift 1: 9am – 5pm CST
Shift 2: 5pm – 1am CST
Shift 3: 1am – 9am CST
