All calls/emails will be made to current and past customers offering special deals and pricing for previous customers as well as long-standing customers. This is a position with a well-paying commission structure; uncapped sales commission, so you can start earning immediately.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Fluent English
• Listening Skills
• Must be humble and willing to listen to people in
order to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions.
Experience Requirement:
• Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Administrative Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
Duties will include but are not limited to -
• Expand all newly established sales territories.
• Perform cold calls/emails to potential clients/customers.
• Generate a significant number of phone leads from various sources.
• Create and sustain cordial relationships with new customers.
• Achieve minimum standards for sales quotas, quotes, and calls/emails.
• Improve revenue by penetrating to existing customer base.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of professional and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Perform account investigation into any customer-facing issues and resolve them promptly.
• Previous work experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively relate daily with customers.
• Strong ability to sell products to customers on the phone and close deals without having to meet them physically.
• Strong self-confidence to improve meeting sales goals.
• Effective communication skills to be able to retain and clearly explain our product and service information to customers and develop strong relationships.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively without being overwhelmed.
• Strong follow-up skills to improve lead conversion.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.
• Strong administrative, data entry, and computer skills. Previous work experience in customer service or sales is commonly preferred.
