• You will be closely working with a team of bookkeepers for any admin tasks you may be assigned
• This will be an autonomous role, along with support from within our company
Possible tasks include:
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
• Calendar and
• CRM Management
• Organisation of all documents/files, reports, dashboards
• Documentation of SOPs with flowcharts, and Loom videos and Updating of processes to ensure smooth function and efficiency within the organisation
• Social Media Management
• Any Ad Hoc tasks required
• Pay increases and performance milestones are available for a proactive person who adds value to our clients' business.
• You must be very organised, proactive, and be able to manage your own workload and deadlines.
• You will be responsible for multiple clients and need to have an exceptional and responsive customer service approach.
• You will need to be great at problem-solving, troubleshooting, process improvement, and with understanding of bookkeeping.
Your background:
• Solid admin experience of at least a year working with an Australian Company (preferrably with a Bookkeeping firm) required
• Karbon (or any workflow management tool) experience an advantage
• Trainable, tech-savvy and great with spreadsheets
