JOB OVERVIEW

Due to fast-paced and tremendous growth, our company has an immediate need for a Full -Time Appraisal Assistant for our rapidly growing team.

This is a stable, long-term, opportunity where you can build a career. I’m only interested in someone looking for long-term employment and a chance to grow with our company. I’m also looking for someone who does NOT have another job or school conflict that would interfere with this position. We can assure you the person we hire will be very happy to be working with us.

Qualifications

• Data Entry 1 -3 years (preferred).
• Administrative - 1-3 years (preferred).
• Customer Service 1-3 years (preferred).

All candidates must:

• Have virtual assistant experience for US employer(s).
• Be fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Have a thorough understanding of computers, email, Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Have good internet speed.
• Be comfortable with a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Be organized and have high attention to detail.
• Be able to multi-task and self-manage.
• Be able to problem solve.
• Report daily.

The starting rate is $400 per month (40 hrs/week), but you can expect that to increase over time if you do a good job.
