JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing HR, Payroll, and Benefits company based in the USA. We currently have a team of dedicated workers in the Philippines who are our experts in HR and Payroll. We are looking for someone who can join this team and develop into a true SUPERSTAR client advocate.

We hire full-time, with great pay, and provide excellent support, including laptops, monitors, headsets, and even chairs upon completion of training!

THE ROLE:

This position isn't specialized, instead, for three months you will be training, shadowing, and doing highly supervised tasks while you learn the ropes, and figure out where your true calling is. The mission of this role is to develop into someone who can handle all the complexity in one of our key service areas: Recruiting, HR Processes (Onboarding, Termination, Promotions, Etc..), Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, 401k Project Management Implementation, Time and Labor Management, and Employee Services. The more experience you have with the following, the better.

Don't feel like you have to have all of this. We will be training you full-time for three months, PAID!

1) Phone and Email-Based (US English) customer support

2) Payroll, Benefits, and HR (US English) customer support

3) Keeping track of a multistage process and project management

4) SAAS, or other Technology customer support

QUALIFICATIONS:

–Must have Bachelor’s degree

–At least 3* years of Customer Service or Technical Support experience*

–Proven excellent written and verbal English is required.

–You should have the ability to collaborate, build consensus and strong relationships with internal departments, and have a strong work ethic.

–You should be focused on delivering and ensuring the accuracy of the results.

–We work a USA Shift, so prior experience on overnight, US time and holiday shifts is a plus as well!

NICE TO HAVE:

–HR & US Payroll experience is a big plus but not required

–Tech savvy and quick to learn

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time
