The Operations Manager position is one of Staying Infinite’s most challenging and unique posts. The Operations Manager is accountable for the entire operations and success of our extended stay business in some of the most desired regions in the United States. The Operations manager will be directly responsible for increasing our property supply as well as providing excellent service to our guests. You'll lead and expand a team while also taking full responsibility for the P&L. You'll be in charge of scaling regionally and steadily executing the brand promise in operations, hospitality, and business development.

At Staying Infinite you will:
* Assemble an elite team comprised of people who are passionate about growth, operations, corporate sales, and hospitality.
* Expand the model across the United States beginning by collaborating with landlords to expand our property supply
* Take charge of the P&L for stays.
* Work to develop plans and objectives for yourself and your team.
* Provide a hospitality experience in each city that encourages our guests to return.
* Work closely with interior designers, property owners, and our account management team to develop a strong procedure for onboarding any new sites.
* Handle local political and regulatory problems.
* Inform upper Management about all developments. Assist in the scaling each city by creating standard practices.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
* Professional services (consulting, investment banking) and/or operations management expertise (e.g., 3-5 years)
* Data-driven and analytical decision-making attitude
* Prior startup experience or a strong desire to create one from the bottom up
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities; incredible team player
* At ease working across departments to make each city a success
* A creative thinker who will come up with new strategies to meet development objectives.
* Ability to succeed in a remote market while leading both remote and several local teams and operating independently
