Sales Assistant

At MI-BOX of San Diego we provide a portable storage solution for moving & storage. To help us provide the best customer service experience while increasing revenue we are looking to hire a full-time sales assistant with great customer service skills.

An ideal candidate will have the ability to follow directions and the provided scripts, sales process steps and be able to assist with new tasks that come up during the day.

Core Tasks:
Call customers before their scheduled delivery date and ask if they need any additional supplies in an effort to "up-sale" the customer with additional Upgrade to see actual infond Thank You Cards:
Using an online based service we currently have an account with, you will need to send our past customers a thank you note. This only requires data entry and updating the customer address then using a pre-written template to send a card.

Cold Calling:
Using our lists and our Customer Retention Management (CRM) cloud based tool you will call potential customers to introduce them to our services for future use.

Social Media:
Share MI-BOX posts & community content in different social media groups for more exposure.

Sales Leads:
Follow up phone calls on leads that are pending committing to using our services.
