We are looking to complete a full redesign of the site into something more professional looking and more aesthetically appealing.

After this we are looking to keep someone on to be able to continuously add new pictures for the slideshow and do some product research to offer insight on our competitiveness in pricing and improve our sales by being more competitive.

Marketing side
-Optimize Klaviyo email marketing and try to win more recurring sales from past clients.
-Optimize Google PPC ads to gain better traction also same with Google shopping ads. or potentially give us advice on doing social media marketing or Facebook ads in order to gain traction for our site.

We are currently looking for someone to help us manage it all and are potentially considering hiring multiple VAs in the future for customer support, etc. so you would become their manager which would allow for growth of salary and responsibilities. If you are interested in this, we are looking for someone well rounded that can help us accomplish our goals while we can also help you as well.
