U.S. Payroll Expert

Hi!
I’m looking for a part-time Payroll Expert specifically with United States of America payroll with the potential to go full time. We are an accounting firm that works with English speakers. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement and will be tested prior to hiring.

I am CPA that has built up my accounting firm over the years from scratch and my main goal for the rest of my life is to have a team of wonderful and hard-working people so that we all can benefit from our mutual work together. I am further expanding the U.S. payroll processing department of my firm and I need a Payroll Expert specifically with United States of America payroll to help prepare and review the payroll that we process for our clients. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is of the utmost importance. I’m the only owner and you'll be working directly with me and my staff.

We would start with relatively limited hours (I anticipate around 10-15 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

You will also need to have the following knowledge which we test our candidates on before hiring:
- Being highly knowledgeable and able to perform accounting and payroll tasks using QuickBooks Online.
- Being highly knowledgeable about the various payroll tax components that all United States of America employers must deduct from their employees' Upgrade to see actual info will also be important to know how to navigate and use the Google Workspace Business Apps and Collaboration Tools such as Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
