We are looking for the best person that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This person will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
? Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
? Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
? Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
? Design, build and maintain our social media presence
? Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
? Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and make evidence-based decisions
? Optimize user funnels
? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points working closely with Sales
? Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written English skills\
? Excellent presentation skills
? Digital marketing management experience of at least 5 yrs with strong ability to build digital presence for brand and company
?Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
?Experience developing digital marketing strategies working with a global team and developing a marketing plan leveraging SEO strategies.
? Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
? Visual intelligence; understanding of graphic design principles.
? Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc
?In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
? Experience in Lead Generation for marketing strategies
?Additional marketing certifications are a PLUS!
