Sr. PHP Developer

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related IT courses
- 4+ years experience in software development, software design and architecture.
- Ability to quickly learn new apps, systems & technologies. You should have a “can do” attitude. You have the capability of independently solving problems and making quick decisions.
- Possess advanced knowledge and experience in software design and development, object-oriented software development, and database development and optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and specifically MySQL databases.
- Understand common software design patterns and their application.
- Experience using PHP frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.
- Understanding and working experience with XML, HTML, SOAP, JSON, Unix, Git, JS/JQuery, CSS.
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written English skills required
- Ability to meet tight deadlines working in an agile development environment, particularly SCRUM and Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience in designing and building REST web services
- Previous experience in payment gateways integration, financial services, fulfillment, eCommerce is a plus.
