JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a professional marketer and social media specialist!

We’re an industry-leading real estate and technology firm looking for a talented member to take on a role as a social media specialist and marketer.

The role requires lots of commitment, hard work and marketing experience.

We are looking for someone that is an industry expert in marketing with proven success is creating and running successful ads and campaigns via social media, email and other marketing mediums.

They must be able to create engaging content, and potentially manage a team.

Must have experience posting on multiple platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

A degree in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.


Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements
- Experience in handling real estate clients
- Must have extensive experience in managing, creating and posting Social Media content
- Must have managed and grown a following to above 10,000 followers/Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Must be familiar with developing a social media strategy for brand awareness, growth and/or sales
- Must have exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter and other social media platforms
- Must have experience with HootSuite, Mailchimp, Canva, and other commonly used tools.
- Must be familiar with boosting ads, etc…
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Great time management
- Must be honest, compassionate, hardworking and fit the company culture.
- Must be a fast learner
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

Home Office Requirements:
Internet Connection: Must be 10 MBPS at the least
Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
Headset: The Contractor must have a noise-canceling headset
Webcam: For meeting purposes
Must be comfortable in working with a time tracking software
