Hello,

We run a $12mm/yr e-commerce company with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify.

We are looking for creative directors who can collaborate with our growth managers to improve the visual content around our products. Your efforts will go towards building one of the most successful companies in the world of E-commerce.

Here are the most important things we’re looking for:

We need creative directors who can tell “visual stories” to our customers in a simple and professional way.

You’ll work on one product at a time and go really deep to understand the customers, the market, and the product. Then you’ll create a visual story (using images, A+ content) to help improve the experience of our target audience on Amazon and Shopify.

The best candidate will show fundamental understanding of customer psychology and “think critically” about how to craft a professional visual experience for customers when they land on our product pages.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing on each project. The content creation will be entirely in your hands. You’ll have brand managers to help guide you, but your expertise will be required to create professional looking images that are compelling to the customer.

Your actions will significantly impact growth and your contributions towards growing your brand are always rewarded.

Who we are NOT looking for:

We've hired for these roles many times, and often we find that applicants think we are looking for someone who can just do photoshop. We’re not.

We are more interested in telling visual stories, understanding customer psychology, and producing “professional” content.

All of this can be done in Canva if you have the right mindset and an eye for what looks “professional” -- your work product should be representative of a multi-million dollar brand.

You don’t have to be an expert with photoshop to achieve this. You just need to understand the fundamentals of communicating visually (i.e. without using too much text).

Visual stories are seamless, professional, and immediately “clicks” in the customer’s mind. The right person will understand this concept and enjoy “solving creative puzzles”.


As a creative director, your regular responsibilities are to:

- Improve the visual content on our Amazon product pages & social media
- Get trained on specifics of what works well on Amazon*
- Meet weekly with Head of Marketing to define objectives

*trainings will be provided

Some of our best content creators are not professional graphic designers, they just have a fundamental understanding of what “connects” with customers and what looks “professional”.

We are located in Clermont FL and plan on growing to be one of the Top 10 largest Amazon accounts in the world in 2023.

Since our business model is different from the typical amazon seller, we have had more “staying power” that protects our revenues and drives growth year after year. This allows us to provide job security to our employees and allow them to grow with us as we expand.
