Requirements:

Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience working in consumer/market research, research methodologies, data collection and analysis
Proficiency in research methodologies
- Experience or ability to learn survey tools such as Alchemer (SurveyGizmo), SurveyMonkey or similar survey tool
- Understanding of web traffic tools (SimilarWeb) and SEO optimization tools (SEMRush, Moz)
- Understanding of process documentation tools (Miro, Whimsical, L
- A passion for documenting technical processes in a digestible format.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, gather, and organize and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively in order to evaluate complex business problems (experience with SEM Rush is a bonus)
- Produce thoughtful and comprehensive research overviews and deliver practical, actionable insight
- Research industry products, creating documentation for the team to better understand competitor landscape
- Create forms and questionnaires for company product
- Conduct research including customer insights research, audience segmentation, market fit, gap analysis of adjacent markets and generate insights based on core business goals and strategies
- Learn and understand web traffic and SEO optimization and incorporate in presentations
