Recruitment VA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source top talent as per role given
- Supporting our recruitment consultants and partnering with our remote existing team
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System
- Scheduling and arranging phone interviews

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment sourcing or call center experience
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Can work with less supervision
