About the role
• Full-time position working from home starting at 9 am AEDT/AEST (Melbourne time)
• Senior position requiring extensive experience in bookkeeping across a wide range of industries and clients
• Reports to the Senior Client Manager based in Australia
• Be trained to be responsible for your own team of staff based in Australia and the Philippines
• Ensure that deadlines are met
• Quality control of work completed by your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Complete difficult work beyond the technical capacity of your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Train and mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Skills and experience requirements
• Knowledge of Xero is essential
• Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications (accounting degree highly regarded)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping in a multi-client environment
• High level of bookkeeping knowledge including business compliance, BAS preparation and balance sheet accounts
• Payroll knowledge including the ability to apply Awards and calculate termination pays
• Ability to clean up messy bookkeeping files
• Ability to integrate and troubleshoot software integration settings
