We're looking for a Shopify CRO Specialist to help with ongoing work related to multiple online stores.
I own agency that specializes in CRO for Shopify stores, and are looking for an expert that can manage ongoing CRO tasks for various clients.
The requirements to fill this role succesfully are as follows:
Language:
Fluent in english, but should be comfortable working on Shopify stores in a foreign language, as a majority of clients will be from Denmark
Soft skills:
- You know how to manage your own time efficiently
- You can communicate clearly
- You're curious and eager to learn, and continually strive to perform better
- You're team player, and know how to work together with developers, designers, copywriters and project managers
Hard skills:
- You know your way around Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar
- You have a vast knowledge of CRO-related apps for Shopify
- You're an expert at A/B Testing, landing page design, AOV optimization
Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibility is to increase conversion rate and AOV for your assigned clients
- Each project will have an assigned project manager that'll be client-facing. You'll be responsible for reporting results to the project manager
- You'll be expected to setup and continually optimize each store over a 3-month period.
- If a store isn't performing as planned, it's up to you to determine why, and fix the issue.
- You preferably already have well-defined system on how to analyse, improve, and continually optimize stores. If not, you'll be responsible for developing this in conjunction with our CPO.
For your application, please include examples of stores where you've previously increased conversion rate and/or AOV. Other examples of increased page speed, etc is also welcome.
If possible, please include images of the above results.
We're looking to get the right person started in this role around mid to late august, and expect this to have an increasing amount of hours as the collaboration grows. For the right fit, we're hoping for this to grow into a full-time role.
