Amazon FBA Catalog Specialist

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist who is organized, detail oriented, and fluent in English.

This person should know how to do the following and more
- this person will have to work the day shift USA time. If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply
- file various different seller support cases
- understand how/where to download the CLR and create/edit new listings using a flat file (very important this person understands how to quickly, easily, and effectively use flat files)
- understand how to troubleshoot catalog issues when certain updates are not going through
- understand how to fix stranded and suppressed listings
- understand how to create parentages, break them apart, change the brand name, variation theme, etc
- competitor and product research
- this person will use excel and/or google sheets a lot and will need to know how to set up formulas, conditional formatting, etc and how to manipulate data in excel
- this person must be able to speak and write English very fluently
- this will be a long-term position with plenty of opportunity for growth including bonuses
