Florida Personal Injury Case Manager

Responsibilities Include:
1. Emailing/Texting the clients w/ updates. Must have a fantastic command of English Language.
2. Writing Demands for settlement
3. Requesting medical records and bills and completing medical audits.
4. Requesting public records including fire rescue records, 911 records, body cam/dash cam videos.
5. Setting up the files.
6. Notifying all potential lien holders and requesting status updates.
7. Ordering medical chronologies


Required Experience/Credentials:
1. Must have an excellent command of the English language.
2. Must be available every day 8AM-11AM EST Monday through Friday. If you cannot work set hours, do not apply.
3. Must have 2 years experience working in the personal injury legal field.
4. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Slack.
5. Must have the ability to call using a VOIP.
