Appointment Setters

Ardor SEO is hiring Appointment Setters to join our vibrant team of Digital Marketing specialists!

We are looking for pro-active and dedicated individuals who have strong communication and organisational skills.

The position we are looking to fill revolves around booking new guests on our podcast. You will be responsible for:

- Contact List Building: Working with our team to build and regularly update our contact list for outreach.
- Email Outreach: Create and update templates to match potential guest profiles and use these templates to outreach to potential guests to book them on the podcast.
- Communication and Bookings: Follow up on outreach emails and communicate with potential guests to schedule podcast bookings.

The ideal candidate will be independent and able to maintain a high level of communication with potential guests as well as our podcast hosts/Ardor team in order to ensure a smooth process from contact list building, to email outreach, to setting up the booking.
