JOB OVERVIEW

We are a successful media company established in Australia with an international presence in the e-commerce industry. Our team is distributed across North America, Australia, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

We are looking for a long-term, full-time e-commerce shop assistant. You must have at least two years' worth of experience working as an e-commerce shop assistant or in a role that is comparable. You need to be a very organised person, a self-starter and proactive. We hope you can come up with ideas for the task you are doing.

We want you to be able to work successfully on your own as well as in groups. You will not have someone watching your back, so you will need to be communicative, dependable, and hold yourself accountable. We rely on one another.

Job Description:

This role will help to maintain our online store by appropriately updating our product catalogues, content, and graphic designs, as well as doing daily quality assurance to ensure that website deploys are up to date. You’ll assist and collaborate with other departments within the organization, including but not limited to marketing, operations, and creative departments.

-Website bugs will be reported to developers through quality assurance and outage monitoring on the online platforms (Shopify, Woo-commerce, etc.).
-Manage the product details and site reviews on the online store's product descriptions.
-Give a report or carry out ongoing marketing duties for our Shopify website.
-Gather and analyse marketing data for various campaigns.
-Assist with digital marketing projects such as ad campaigns, email campaigns, video and image creation, and content creation.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, and WordPress
- Technical Skills: Email management, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively; must have excellent oral and written English skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful, and positive.
- This is not an entry-level position. Only apply if your experience is sufficient.
- You must reside in the Philippines.
- You own a computer and have a reliable Internet connection (home office).
- Working hours : Monday to Friday, generally in this range 9.30AM - 1PM / 3.30PM - 7PM (PHT TIME)
- Monthly salary of 35,000 PHP - 45,000 PHP and the starting salary for this position is determined on your experience and may vary.
*Payment as a contractor using Paypal, Wise, or Payoneer. (You must submit an invoice, a pdf, or a document.)
