Experienced Customer Service Representative

House Hunters is looking for outgoing, competitive, and self-driven callers with great people skills!
As a customer service cold caller, you are the first point of contact for our clients. We pride ourselves on a competitive and caring call team to set our firm apart.
Responsibilities Include:
• Complete 250 cold calls daily
• Quickly identifying interest in potential leads
• Evaluating properties for potential sales solutions
• Generating 3+ qualified leads daily
• Familiarizing yourself with our strategies for probate, divorce, liens, foreclosure, bankruptcy, tired landlords, and more.
• Attend daily teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings (on camera) for problem solving and career development
• Participate in team chat throughout day for job support
We train on the job, no real estate sales experience needed. However, customer service experience is required. We work in a team strategy environment, with a focus on continued career development and industry education. If you are dedicated to customer care, we want you!

Must Have:
• The ability to work from 8am-6pm PST (Oklahoma City, OK, USA time)
• Fluent in English with a neutral American accent
• Reliable internet access, computer, camera, and microphone
Preferred Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service call centers
• 2+ years of experience in B2C sales
• 2+ years of experience in real estate services
• 1+ years in marketing or lead generation
• 1+ years of experience in Launch Control, Call Tools, or Salesforce
