We are looking for someone who can help us on a regular basis, either full or part time. This first search is below, but there are several similar searches we need help with.

Your first project: A potential partner has operations throughout southeast asia. He needs help finding buildings for sale, and if he finds these we will help him launch them into digital nomad Upgrade to see actual infoarch parameters:

Looking for real estate for long term lease (5+ years) or Upgrade to see actual info must meet the following criteria:
1) 30+ rooms (hotel or bedrooms) (can be all in 1 building or in multiple buildings in a cluster. The bedrooms (or current hotel rooms) should be 18-28 sq m,
2) Additional space to build an office/co-working spaces. This space should beUpgrade to see actual infosq m,
3) A kitchen/FnB space of 150 sq m. FnB space should be on the ground floor because we will make it a cafe
