Helllo,
I’m a small business owner based in Sydney Australia looking for my personal executive assistant. You will help me grow my business and start a new ventures by assisting me with all things admin. I need you to make my life easier! You need to be able to be a Jack of all trades and work on the fly. You will need to ask questions and also think for yourself.
About the role:
-Calender management
-HR Tasks (developing contracts)
-Helping me with payroll
-Admin Tasks: developing service agreements , taking meeting minutes
-Online research , LINKEDIN recruitment
-lead generation
-Proofreading reports and ensuring correct formatting
-writing blogs/content for website
-updating wordpress website
-providing any adhoc support to the practice manager
About you:
-English fluency in written and verbal is a MUST. You won't need to talk to customers , but will need to talk with me! :)
-Confident
-Organized
-Communicative
-Attention to detail (huge)
-looking for long term employment and stability (ideally over a year)
-Must have a stable internet connection and noise canceling headset
-Must have good time management skills

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Skills (Making forms & PDFs)
WordPress Skills (Adding new tea
2 days to start /trial ASAP , hours increase as we get busier.
Full training included
Company $$ bonuses at Director's discretion at end of year
Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Sydney Australia Time. 30 minutes lunch break. times will be flexible however depending on task needed.
