Background Regarding the Role: The company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative is skill in building rapport with new contacts. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative is proactive on both following up with leads, hunting for prospective clients, and getting referrals. We are looking for a proactive Upgrade to see actual infopany/Role: The individual who is hired will support a print-on-demand apparel and SWAG company. This involved helping companies with trade show booth purchases, etc. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on sales efforts to land new clients.

JOB DUTIES:
- Proactively makes cold prospecting sales calls and turns strangers into friends
- Follow up with new and existing leads to land sales
- Sales to both non-profits and businesses; land sales across industries
- Build rapport with potential prospects and close sales
- Hunt for new prospective prospects and obtain referrals
- Leverage existing network as network grows (referrals) - Engages in proactive sales activities including phone calls, meetings, etc.

Base: $800/month + commission/bonuses
