Shopify Coding Expert to Improve current Ecommerce Store and Add Team Store Functionality

Looking for an experienced developer to become my right hand website guru and help implement some pretty intensive elements into my existing Shopify store. Must have extensive experience in .liquid (ruby) coding. Hoping to build a relationship longterm and have you teach me how to do quick fixes on my own if something goes wrong, as I am tech savvy.

I also would like to implement team stores into my shop - where teams have a week to purchase from a collection of products and everything ships to the coach (team owner). You would Shopify currently doesn't have an app for shipping collection items to one address so it would need to be custom coded. I have been trying to get my website up to standard for months and am not working with the right developer.

I expect responses within 24 hours, somebody who is using their time wisely, and for the first 30+ days I would like a summary of what was done/time tracking to make sure jobs are being done efficiently. Hoping to have my website optimized to these standards in approx. 2 weeks or less. Need somebody with a flexible, open schedule.
