The Farm Soho offers affordable coworking spaces in NYC, with private offices and full-floor office and event spaces. We offer online marketing and coworking consultancy. We have an online team with a variety of clients and we are now looking for a talented Project Manager to join our remote working team.

About the role

Within this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in managing client projects, which will include a huge variety of tech-focused tasks, such as preparing design media decks, creating text for different uses, managing to-do lists, and achieving given tasks by the CEO and team leaders within in a quick turn-around time frame. We have frequent video calls, so you will need to be able to work in the American timezone and you must have excellent English, great communication skills, and fantastic note-taking skills that you will then be able to follow by yourself on an independent level. We are not looking to handhold, and need someone who is comfortable in a high-level role with tasks changing on a daily basis. We need someone who will be dedicated to completing tasks quickly and they must have both great design skills and writing skills.

You will be working alongside talented cross-discipline teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and leaders, so there is a lot of space for growth.

Some of the key responsibilities include…

Designing media decks
Replying to emails (must have high-level written and verbal English skills)
Organizing & attending video meetings with clients
Developing plans and timelines for clients’ project work
Management of the milestone deliverables
Client outreach

Skills:

Technical skills are non-negotiable
Design skills are non-negotiable (highly-skilled in Canva is sufficient)
Fluent English in spoken and written skills
Extensive experience in high-level project management
Proficient in Google applications
Experience

3+ years of working experience, within a project/product development environment
Demonstrable experience of working self-sufficiently and taking initiative
Experienced in managing projects from their conception to launch, with a broad understanding of Project Management Principles (i.e. risk, resource, budget management, etc.).
