DIGITAL MARKETING FB & Google Ads + Lead Generation

We are looking for a driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

We’re in the business of generating quality leads and appointments for businesses. They’re intended to help our clients get a very specific result … and we’re committed to helping people get the results that matter most to them, and keep improving performance month on month for long-term client success.

We mainly use Facebook & Google ads, lead generation, chatbots (ManyChat + ConversioBot), messenger marketing, Go High Level, Guru, website/funnel builders (drag & drop), and tech integrations (eg Zapier).

We’re a tight, energetic team … we’re full of energy and we love getting the job done … FAST … and so we need a very special human to join our team …

We need a project-based Digital Marketing Media Buyer/ Assistant to join our team to help streamline our Marketing team with its systems and processes that enable the rest of the company to perform at its best.

You will be working closely with the CMO to implement our daily marketing procedures, which means you need to be skilled in 3 main things:

Facebook
/Google Experience.
Funnels/ Go High Level Experience.
Data Input & Reading (you must love metrics and numbers) - REPORTS

Also, you must be willing to work very hard, and work in a high pressure environment - we move quickly and expect excellence when it comes to details.

Here’s some more details on the role. What You'll Do...

===Key Responsibilities===

• FB Ads creation & management for lead gen & advanced ads (retargeting etc)
• Google Ads (would be great but not 100% necessary)
• Manage and enhance internal systems; Sales funnels, integrations, WordPress website and plugins, Project tracking, CRM, Databases, Client Ads Reporting
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within and across diverse teams
• Provide Support to the CMO.
• Participate in projects and activities as required.
• Proactively work to and exceed individual KPI targets.

===Skills and Experience===

• Experience with CRM’s: Go High Level or Active Campaign (or other CRM) highly regarded
• Experience with funnels (Clickfunnels or other) would be highly regarded
• Experience with ChatBots (Clickfunnels or other) would be highly regarded
• Experience with Kajabi, Wix, Shopify, Wordpress, Woocommerce or eCommerce Websites or other online courses/blog platforms would be highly regarded
• Experience with data gap analysis, data migration and integrations will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Excellent systems and analytical knowledge, ability to eliminate system redundancy and duplication and streamline processes
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can work well independently and is interested in contributing to the growth and development of the organisation.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Faster learner who can pick up new ideas, conduct proofs of concept/value and propose a path forward or suggest improvements and streamline processes
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Canva, Adobe InCopy and InDesign.
Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Fluency in English & colloquial terms
A passion for building great, long-term relationships
A portfolio of published Upgrade to see actual infosirable but not essential

Email
/SMS marketing experience
Funnel Building experience highly desirable
Experience working with business owners and marketers to drive marketing results
Agency experience is very desirable
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google and Facebook ads, SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with website content management systems such as Wix, WordPress and/or Shopify
The ability to analyse data and develop clear actions
Ridiculously passionate about digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, business, New Media, Public Relations, or similar.

The job
You'll report to the Managing Director and be creating content for Stardust Media/The Good Guide and a suite of clients.
You'll be supported also by a team of specialists across SEO, Social Media Marketing, website design, copywriting and graphic design.
This role is home-based (permanently).
