JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven, independent, and highly-organized Operations Manager to help grow and scale our real estate business.

We’re looking for someone who likes to learn, takes initiative, and knows how to problem-solve.

You should be a quick learner because we are constantly evolving.

A team player, because working alone can get lonely.

An integrator so that all the pieces will fit together smoothly and a delegator so that everyone can do their job better in the end.

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working with us means you’ll:

???? Be an extension of the CEO you will be working with, both professional and friendly
???? Be a “gatekeeper” when needed, without making people feel unimportant
???? Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Lead Agent.
???? Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills, and various project needs.
???? Organize internal and external meetings
???? Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned, which touch on a broad range of topics.
???? Conduct, research, and create reports and/or presentations.
???? Manage internal and external communications, including email and phone correspondences.

Qualifications:
???? 1-2 years experience as an executive assistant, account manager, project assistant, office manager, or related positions
???? Able to effectively communicate to clients and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in a timely manner
???? Can work on deadlines and handle private client information
???? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
???? Strong written and verbal communication skills
???? Ability to work independently, keeping a high level of confidentiality
