We are a fast-growing, Texas-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun electric bikes. We're transforming the way people get around, in an exciting, cost-effective way that helps heal our planet.
Our customer happiness team is looking to hire an additional technical support/customer service associate with the following qualifications:
- at least 3 years experience as a technical support/customer service rep in a call center set-up
- must have handled after sales concerns and escalations
- good track record and consistent in meeting the monthly target and metrics
- experience working in a remote set-up preferred
- experience working in an e-commerce account as customer service rep
- must know how to use Zendesk and Shopify (non-negotiable)
- experience with bicycle/e-bicycle is a plus
- should be able to work from 9AM - 5PM CST
