Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Zoho Developer who is excited to be a servant leader in our organization by assisting the YRL team to succeed in meeting our goals.

The YRL, Inc. Zoho Developer should be highly experienced and passionate about using multiple Zoho applications (including but not limited to CRM, Sprints, Recruit, Books, Vault, and Sign) with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

The Zoho Developer will work with the Executive team and Operations Partners to create and maintain automations, mapping, blueprints, workflows, and coding that will allow our team to grow and scale while providing great service to our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients. Their main performance indicator is building out and adapting existing Zoho architecture to improve scalability and profitability across multiple departments.

The Zoho Developer should be able to follow procedures set forth by the company and work with all Departments to update and create new procedures for Recruiting, Training, Coaching, Consulting, Admin Services, and any additional Upgrade to see actual info is expected that The Zoho Developer can work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. If there are unfamiliar tasks, they should have the initiative to go the extra mile to learn the process. The Zoho Developer must also be able to train other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on process creation, implementation, and edits to receive support from the Operations team in the future use of Zoho systems.

The position is remote so the Partner must provide their own working equipment including a computer, webcam, and speakers, with sufficient location/hardware back-ups in case of power outages or internet connection problems. You must have the ability to work between 9am-5pm Eastern Monday-Friday, with flexibility for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities
Own Zoho Build Sprints for the entire organization to ensure projects are moving forward and company initiatives are met
Own updates to Bugs/Fixes in all Zoho Systems
Build scalable workflows, blueprints, and processes in Zoho for all Departments
Train current and future Operations Partners in Zoho related tasks
Participate in TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, Daily Standups, and additional meetings as needed
Work with the Executive team to proactively communicate challenges and needs within our systems as they arise
Maintain Zoho/Ops Training Video Library & SOP detailing Zoho & YRL Operations processes and systems
Provide Zoho assistance to TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers (e.g. answering system-related questions)

Proficient in Deluge and Coding Languages (Java, Python, Javascript, C++, SQL, etc)
Experience with Zoho (Sprints, CRM, Sign, Books, Vault, and Recruit, etc.) required
Proficient in using GSuite tools including Gmail & Google Calendar, strongly preferred
Experience with Calendly, Zoom and Slack, strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact well with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Great organizational skills

CEO/COO - Daily
Department Heads - Weekly
Partners - Daily

Starting at $6-$8/hr depending on experience
Performance-based increases will be considered at 90 days, 6 months, and every 12 months thereafter.
