JOB PURPOSE:
- Call insurances to verify Benefits and Claim Status
- Make sure that all the claims were processed correctly by the insurance
- Enter the benefits correctly on HRM
- Upload Remittances in the system
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Receiving or Submitting Medical Records
- Getting Prior Authorization
- Sending appeals
- Keeps insurance payments up to date and accurate

COMPUTER AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
• Dual Monitor - 1st day of Training
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

Schedule:
Full Time: Mondays thru Fridays (Weekend Off)
