Requirements:
- One to two years of experience in Media Buying at least;
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role (experience in digital media, namely TikTok is preferred);
- Additional experience in Google, Snapchat, YouTube, Taboola or Native platforms would be highly regarded;
- Ability to analyze data and make key decisions, high attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment;
- Marketing/Courses/Certificates;
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher;
- $50,000k/month + in ad spend;
- Familiarity with media buying, planning and research;
- Technologically savvy, interested in following advertising and media trends;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented;
- A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations;
- Willingness to step out of the assigned role to support tea
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends;
- Proactive approach;
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute new campaigns, follow-up and measure, analyze the results and the effectiveness, use this data to create proposals for CMO;
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;
- Monitor campaign statistics, optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and investigate traffic drops;
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI);
- Track the market for trends, opportunities, etc., and use that information to make recommendations;
- Cooperate with other departments (creative, tech, analytics);
- Work as a team and assist tea
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management.
