-We only need full-time agents seeking for a long-term job.
-11 AM-7 PM Manila time, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of data entry experience
-At least 45 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English with Neutral accent.
-WFH setup and at least 30 mbps internet speed
-No attendance issues, with great work ethics and attitude.
-Amenable to start asap and work full time.
-Fast-learner and can multi-task.
-Tech-savvy
-Must be knowledgeable in using different spreadsheets and CRMs.

-Call customers to check if they're available on their installation date.
-Work on different spreadsheets and tools.
-Generate reports from the system.
-Help with admin tasks

• Previous experience in a data entry role
• Previous experience in a call center role
• Great English communication skills
• Track your own work on a daily basis and compare to benchmarks
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Set priorities
• Excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to be prepared to work at 100?ficiency every working day
• Able to take on feedback
