Job Description:
The Senior QA Team Lead’s main goal is to optimize existing company processes to help employees develop and improve their skills and performance to succeed in their roles. The person in this role must be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Being driven to create a quality efficient and suitable strategy to improve the process and the overall performance of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify process opportunities, skill gaps, training needs through process audits, job analysis and performance assessments.
· Provides feedback to management/leadership in the execution of performance and process improvement strategies and other operational needs analysis.
· Develop appropriate Learning and Development strategies, individual learning plans and other programs based on the needs of the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
· Develop KPI’s for leadership to measure, monitor and achieve the goals and strategies implemented
· Monitor performance and progress of the employees and schedule appropriate learning sessions for performance improvements.
· Assess the success of the development strategies/ programs and help employee maximize the learning opportunities.
· Empower employees to master their roles and functions effectively and motivate them to achieve their goals.
· Help leadership develop their teaUpgrade to see actual infombers through career pathing.

Qualifications:
· At least 2 years proven experience in Performance and Development, Quality Management and Process Excellence in a BPO/Call Center environment
· Six Sigma Certification or equivalent is a PLUS!
· Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to work with people in all levels within the company or organization
· Ability to independently exercise sound judgement, discretion and sound reasoning in important decision
· Must be a problem-solver as well as solutions and results oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Can adapt to change quickly
- Committed to working full time and in the graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:
• Dedicated workspace at home and equipment with the following specifications:
• USB-Type headset and functional webcam
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 Home/Education/Professional/Enterprise
• PC Processor: Intel i3 8th generation or Intel i5 / i7 / i9 (2.0GHz & up) *Must be 6th generation & up /or/ AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 (2.0GHz & up) *Must be 2nd generation or Higher
• PC Memory: 8GB & up • Hard Drive: 256GB & up
• Hard Wire/Ethernet Connection (Wireless internet connection is prohibited)
• Screen: Laptop - 15.6'' & up / Desktop - 20'' & up (The use of two screen is recommended but not required)
• Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - DL and UP speed must be at least symmetrical)
