Airbnb marketing, facebook ads, instagram

I am looking for someone to help with different aspects of my short term rental (airBNB) business. As we grow the number of our listings in the United States, we are looking to optimize the direct booking portion and marketing of our business. I plan on providing a list of videos and articles to watch for training to including information on the airbnb business itself as well as the marketing/SEO aspect of the airbnb business. I will pay you for the time spent for this educational training. Ideally, someone who can work fulltime and is looking for a long term relationship working for our company is Upgrade to see actual info terms of pay, this can be negotiated based on your prior experience and is subject to increased based on future performance. I am more than open to raises for hard workers who help facilitate and improve my business.

I already have a part-time VA who assists with messaging via the airbnb and VRBO apps. However, I am looking to add on a more personalized VA who can assist with some of the following items (subject to change as our business grows):

1. Creating facebook pages and instagram pages for the business.

2. Marketing the business, to include: facebook ads, creation and maintenance of instagram pages, having to add to buy,sell, lease or other vacation rental groups in the United States to post and increase the website and property visibility to increase followers.

3. Creating of email lists of previous guests and emails to send to guests periodically to improve bookings, such as about holidays, discounted rates, etc. *There are government restrictions on type, number of brand emails that can be sent, so I would expect this to be researched by you and confirmed by me before we start this.*

4.Excellence in English writing is a must for daily posts on marketing sites. Would like daily posts/videos/reels/stories to boost marketing.

5. Willing to update/adjust website with new listings, changes to listings and deleting old listings.

6. Continued SEO support (after education from a third party) and willingness to learn and research this.

7. Keep calendar of maintenance items for each property and contact trades when they are due for this maintenance.

8. Keep running list of supplies that need to be refilled and researching the most costeffective items that need to be purchased and sent directly to cleaners/home.

9. Continued SEO support (after education from a third party) and willingness to learn and research this.

10. Put a list of areas of improvement as feedback from guests email and personal reviews that can be actionable- done weekly.

12. Constantly check the traveling mailbox and notification of items that require immediate response- i.e. bills to be pay that don't say autopay or important deed documents.

13. Help set up utilities and other recurring expenses (this often requires phone conversations, so English mastery is essential).

14. This business relationship must be built on trust before anything else. My goal is to prove to you that I am a trustworthy and loyal individual to work for, just as I hope you do the same for me.

As a reminder, excellent reading, writing and speaking of the English language is needed!

You MUST have access to reliable internet and be available during working hours to address any issues promptly that may arise. I do not expect you to change your sleep schedule to accommodate the time zone difference and am flexible with time of day for work hours (this would be a discussion).
