JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to cold call lists for property owners to see if they want to sell their property. TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers will be responsible for cold calling prospects, qualifying them, setting appointments, and creating leads in CRM for nurture Upgrade to see actual infoTAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiate contact with homeowners and find out if they’re interested in selling their property
• Build Rapport, qualify leads, & set appointments
• Add/Create leads in Podio for nurture follow-up
• Determine homeowner's level of motivation to sell their house.
• Document & send daily report on calling results.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Able to skillfully engage and build good rapport with a variety of personality types
• Must have experience as a real estate cold caller
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Track Record of being self-motivated/self-starter
• Can work during business hours EST - fulltime

Duties will include:
• Directly impact the company's growth and receive per sales commissions
• Ability to evaluate properties
• Initiate the transaction coordination process and handoff to designated personnel.
