I am looking for a Real Estate Admin Assistant that can help me in my day-to-day activities.
My business is real estate wholesaling and flipping .I need someone that understands the wholesaling side of Real Estate and is good at lead generation via text- then follow up with text or phone calls.
I want someone who has real estate experience with SMS - Launch Control, Leadsherpa, Roor, textMagic, or similar backgrounds.
That is 90% of the work. Then some minor admin stuff like upload video to a
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage company CRM
- Calendar management
- Responsible for reaching out to potential clients via text
- Responsible for doing follow-upp calls to potential clients
- Nurture relationships with new and existing clients on social media
- Handle other administrative tasks and report for leads reached
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-year Real Estate experience
- At least 2 years experience working remotely in a similar position/related field
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Experience with Cold Outreach through text using SMS - Launch Control, Leadsherpa, Roor, textMagic, or similar backgrounds.
- Enjoys outreach and sales-related tasks
- Willing to work in a full-time position

- Reliable Computer & Computer Skills
- Ability to follow directions and Pay Attention to Detail
- Accountable to a Schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time)
Rate: $7/hour
