Business and Data Analyst - REMOTE

I’m Jack, the founder of Truly Experiences. We’re a UK-based company that’s been around for 9+ years. And our Mission is to “help people create happy memories through the right experiences.” You know, experiences like eating really yummy foods, going on relaxing holidays, etc.

So our company is currently looking for a Full-Time Business & Data Analyst (REMOTE).

The day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting both the Operations and Marketing Teams with general KPI tracking & reporting
- Assisting with the triaging of problems/opportunities, asking questions, helping everyone get to root cause clarity
- Pulling data and distilling insights to answer key business questions; to help us become better at what we do

What we're looking for: (see if it sounds like you)
- You really really know your way around Google Sheets / Excel (ie, you can Pivot, Conditional Format, Index-Match, even script your way out of any problem)
- You MUTEXX (or MECE) everything you see (like breathing)
- You are incredibly curious, ask amazing questions and don't stop until you understand key root cause(s)
- You have a good understanding of statistics and probability theory
- You have a basic understanding of SEO or Google Analytics or SQL (we can teach you the rest)
- You have high attention to detail (you like to check, then double-check, sometimes triple)
- You have high bias for action and love getting things done (b/c you get an adrenalin rush, sense of accomplishment)
- You are proactive and independent (ie, can work on your own, know when to ask for help, know when to make a judgment call, know when to fix things, know when to question instructions, know how to move things along w/out being told)
- You have no ego (and hate ppl who walk around with big egos)
- Lastly, just a happy person, happy vibes =)

A few more technical / specific requirements:
- Minimum 15 Mb/s Wifi, with backup
- Good PC or laptop, with backup
- Working mic & camera, with backup

Here’s what we’re offering:
- A full-time job (40 hours/week) starting at 1200 USD per month, weekly pay
- 100% Remote Work
- 100% Flexi Hours (except teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings 2-3 times/wk, UK Time)
- 13th month bonus, prorated
