Network Administrator

I need someone who can manage a network server, establish a website and create an email server from a hosted Upgrade to see actual infoankly, I don't know what I don't know. I have a small real estate based company - rental properties. I am looking to host advertising of my open properties, have employees have an email from my domain, allow remote employees to access Quickbooks, etc.

I don't know if all those skills are a single person's expertise or if I need to hire multiple people to accomplish what I am trying to do.
